Yves Meyer (born 19 July 1939) is a French mathematician and scientist and a foremost expert on wavelets. He is the author of numerous books and articles in the field, notably Wavelets and Operators.
Meyer is a professor at the Université Paris-Dauphine and a member of the Académie des Sciences.
